Mike Glenn, Chairman

Mike became the pastor of Brentwood Baptist Church in 1991. Under his leadership, the church has grown to a membership of over 10,000. Brentwood Baptist relocated to its present location in 2002 and became debt free in 2012. Mike has led Brentwood Baptist Church to begin a regional ministry called The Middle Tennessee Initiative. Since 2010, the church has grown from two campuses to seven located throughout Middle Tennessee.

Sam Rainer, President

Sam serves as lead pastor of West Bradenton Baptist Church. He is also the president of Rainer Research and the co-founder/co-owner of Rainer Publishing. His desire is to provide answers for better church health. Sam is author of the book, Obstacles in the Established Church, and the co-author of the book, Essential Church. He has also served as a consulting editor at Outreach magazine and has written more than 150 articles on church health for numerous publications.

Thom Rainer, Executive Director

Thom S. Rainer is the president and CEO of LifeWay Christian Resources. Prior to LifeWay, he served at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for twelve years where he was the founding dean of the Billy Graham School of Missions and Evangelism. In addition to speaking in hundreds of venues over the past 20 years, Rainer led Rainer Group, a church and denominational consulting firm, from 1990 to 2005. The firm provided church health insights to over 500 churches and other organizations over that period.

Chuck Lawless

Chuck Lawless is Dean of Doctoral Studies and Vice-President of Spiritual Formation and Ministry Centers at Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC, where he also serves as Professor of Evangelism and Missions. In addition, he is Team Leader for Theological Education Strategists for the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Brad Waggoner

Brad Waggoner serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lifeway Christian Resources. He has also served as Vice President of Research and Ministry Development Division and Vice president of B&H Publishing Group at Lifeway Christian Resources. He came to LifeWay in 2006 as the inaugural director of LifeWay Research.

Amy Jordan

Amy works closely with the board of directors to execute the mission of Revitalize Network. Her primary role is leading the daily operations of the organization including client engagement, overseeing and maintaining the financial reporting, and providing ongoing administrative support.
